As the days of autumn grow shorter, what do you do with them? We don't know what you have in mind. The five initiators of mittelpunkt. in any case, prefer to spend red-golden, mossy-dark green hours in the forest.

What is usually too well hidden there to be viewed in all its detail, mittelpunkt. brings to your home. On the sofa, at the dining table, on a rainy, grey afternoon or a cosy evening, this is a great way to observe the local fauna in peace and quiet. Impressively detailed pencil drawings are presented on porcelain of the highest quality made in Germany. And the most beautiful colours of nature shine all around – even after countless rinses, also in the dishwasher. Sounds almost too good to be true.

Big, small or in flight – invite the local wildlife into your dining room and see just how comfortable they are. Guaranteed to not leaving any dirt on the floor.

The Manufacture.
We live the tradition of porcelain craftsmanship where it is at home: on the Thuringian Porcelain Route.

The centre of our family business is craftsmanship. For generations, working with porcelain by hand has been our linchpin. Care in finishing is just as important to us as the uncompromisingly highest quality. We can only guarantee all this by expecting the same standards from our employees. And our employees don’t just stand behind our values. They stand at least as much for many years of experience in traditional porcelain craftsmanship combined with the most modern ideas and sophisticated technology.

Together, we also work to make our products ever more sustainable – for all our future. Because for all our love of tradition, our focus is also on constantly working on ourselves and the product. We want to do our part to make the world a better, happier place, and we start with your table.

Five women fascinated by nature. The initiators of mittelpunkt.

Five women whose everyday life takes place mostly outside. For them, home is first and foremost a place where they feel comfortable. Whether that means everything is smooth and shiny, dog hairs are woven into the sofa or there is always a toy car on the table, they all have two things in common: the joy of community and the love of nature.
