Relationships and Reliability: Why New York's Elite Relies on ViVODOMi's Property Management and Concierge Services

SHARE

ViVODOMi, a boutique concierge service based in Manhattan, is built on special relationships. Since ViVODOMi was founded in 2015, Eli Aizen and Robert Knighton have deliberately kept their customer base small in order to be able to offer their customers the highest level of personal service. Prior to ViVODOMi, Eli worked as a personal assistant in top management. “What I do best is get things done,” Eli says. When customers send him inquiries, he knows what they want to hear: “My ideal answer is always, ‘Yes, I’ll take care of it.’ Robert is an expert in fashion and interior design, design and production. About himself, he says: “I’m very good at project management. I take care of the architecture of the store, and Eli does a lot of the execution for our customers.”

The boutique concierge service works exclusively with very wealthy clients, some of whom are in the spotlight or accompany special positions. Customers value Eli and Robert as trustworthy problem solvers who approach every problem with the utmost seriousness and discretion. They know that even if they are asked for something that may seem small or ridiculous to an outsider – such as a fridge with a hard-to-find drink – it will be treated with a supportive and non-judgmental approach.

The company’s headquarters are located in New York City, but the services are provided worldwide. When a client vacationing on a Mediterranean island needed a specific medication, Eli took two flights and a ferry to bring it to him in person the next day. If Robert and Eli can’t solve a customer’s problem on their own, they know exactly who to turn to to find a solution without violating the customer’s privacy. They have built up an excellent network for this. In order to maintain confidentiality, customers have only one contact person at ViVODOMi and never have to communicate with anyone else.

Preparation and management of pied-à-terre properties

Many clients own homes in New York, but don’t live there permanently. A pied-à-terre is a luxury, but it can also be a source of stress and anxiety for the owner. They want to be sure that their home, property, and art collection are safe and secure when they’re out of town. That’s why Eli Aizen and Robert Knighton have developed a range of property management services that give homeowners the ability to come and go as they please, ensuring they always find a welcoming environment in New York.

With the support of Eli Aizen and Robert Knighton, clients know that their New York property is in good hands. They entrust the company with everything from controlling their food in the kitchen, to installing designer chandeliers, to managing major renovation projects while they’re out of town. “They know they can rely on us. They know that we anticipate their needs. You don’t have to tell us – we get it.”reports Robert Knighton.

With an impressive kitchen exhibition that expresses individuality and creativity, Poggenpohl has moved from the central location of Park Avenue to the trendy

designer district of SoHo
