Thanaruek Laoraowirodge is one of the best restaurateurs in the city. His restaurant empire includes branches in Beijing, New York and Bangkok. With the Supanniga Eating Room concept, he has fulfilled a dream. The name comes from the culinary passion of his grandmother “Supanniga”.

Supaniga Eating Room in Tha Tien is recommended by the Michelin Restaurant Guide. It attracts visitors not only with its authentic flavors and exquisite dishes. Located directly on the Chao Praya River, the restaurant’s terrace is a perfect place to take in the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. The view of the breathtaking temple Wat Arun – “Temple of Dawn” – perfectly rounds off the unique ambience. The restaurant’s menu pays homage to the diversity of Thai cuisine. Each dish is prepared with fresh ingredients and a balanced combination of spices. From spicy curries and fragrant rice to delicate fish dishes and delicious meat specialties, the restaurant offers a rich selection of classic Thai delicacies. Modernly implemented and presented in a contemporary way. The restaurant itself impresses with its inviting ambience. It combines traditional Thai architecture with modern details. The attentive service of the staff contributes to the fact that the guests feel completely comfortable.

Hardly any grape variety suits Thai cuisine better than Riesling. Seen, ordered and enjoyed! Life can be so beautiful at 26°C and 80% humidity.  Tip from the editors: The rosé from Germany’s best rosé producer, the VDP.Weingut St. Antony also goes perfectly with Thai cuisine.
