Under the motto “be unique – unique as yourself”, the focus is on people in their uniqueness. A stay in one of the two hotels in Kiel and in Bremen’s Tobacco Quarter should be a unique experience, making the unique by ATLANTIC hotels the ideal starting point. The hotel’s architecture and interior impress with clear design and fine details that refer to the special location and its industrial history.

Athletes Alica Schmidt, mountain biker Marc Diekmann and kitesurfer Jendric Burkhardt can identify very well with this lifestyle. The three ‘unique friends’ are emblematic of a new, self-confident generation that knows exactly what it is willing to pay for and what it is not, and not just when traveling. In an entertaining clip Alica Schmidt gives an insight into the world of unique by ATLANTIC Hotels. Important for Alica Schmidt: a comfortable bed, a good location and a ‘cell phone key’. Alica Schmidt has been a unique fan from the very beginning. She is not only one of the best runners in Europe, but also the most popular German athlete on social media. With her 3,7 million followers on Instagram, she has made it onto the Forbes “30 under 30 2022” list and is in front of the camera together with Khaby Lame for the fashion label Boss. Despite her success, the 24-year-old has remained modest. “I can’t explain the development on my Instagram account to myself,” says Alica Schmidt. “I’m very grateful for it, of course, and it’s a lot of fun for me to exchange ideas with other people.” Many rooms have a kitchenette – perfect for guests who want to travel flexibly and self-determined. But her life consists not only of jet-set tours and photo shoots, but also of clear routines. After all, the Worms native is a full-blooded athlete and a student of media and communications. “A typical day in my life looks like this, I get up in the morning and make myself breakfast . Then I sit down and do something for university, eat a light lunch and drive to training in the afternoon. That takes about four hours. Then not much happens to me in the evening, because I ‘m simply tired and go to bed relatively quickly.” Like many other athletes, she particularly appreciates the time off from training . “I look forward to my off-season all year to go on vacation and discover new things. A city trip to Bremen like this is also very nice and I’m glad when I can switch off a bit,” says Alica Schmidt. And she does this particularly well at the unique by ATLANTIC Hotels Bremen. “The team is super nice, the beds are super comfortable and the location is really great. Theater, bouldering hall, restaurants, fitness studio and proximity to the Weser beach guests can enjoy a variety of days in Bremen’s Tabakquartier. I think it’s really cool, that I can easily check in and out of the hotel and check out and that my cell phone also works as a key card “.
