In 2022 , the Brocile was awarded a coveted star for the first time and is therefore considered one of the best restaurants in Berlin. The warm bistro atmosphere gives guests a feeling of familiarity. An important part of this warm atmosphere is the cordial patron and sommelier Fabian Fischer. With his personal touch and passion for wine , he characterises service and inspires guests with excellent wine recommendations.

In his creative dishes, chef Steven Zeidler combines classic European basics with Asian flavours, resulting in a fascinating fusion. The Michelin-starred chef serves the flamed scallop with artichokes à la barigoule and bottarga – flavoured, salted and dried fish roe. The sea bream royal is served with spinach, ponzu and caviar nage. The restaurant also offers a special menu option for vegetarians on request.

In addition to the excellent food , Bricole also offers a carefully curated selection of wines. The focus is on German and French wine-growing regions. Guests can also bring their own wines for a corkage fee of EUR 29 per bottle.

Conclusion: A shining star in the capital’s gastronomic sky!
