Hadi Teherani Architects, PR
The architect Hadi Teherani shapes cityscapes at home and abroad with his buildings. His holistic design approach also comes into play in the context of facades. For Teherani, a "perfect" design is not only functional, but also appeals emotionally and is therefore much more than pure functionality.

Hadi Teherani – his name could be translated as “the Tehran who points the right way” – was born in Tehran in 1954, grew up in Hamburg and is an extremely productive and versatile, internationally acclaimed German architect and designer. In every respect, his work transcends borders, beyond nationalities and disciplines. Holistic, urban aspirations and high-quality design characterize the architectural firm Hadi Teherani, which is characterized by numerous innovations and architecture awards. Offices can be found in Frankfurt, Munich, Bangalore, Tehran and Abu Dhabi. His projects are aimed at atmospheric charisma, emotional impact and ecologically sound sustainability, which is already laid out in the design.

This is how Hadi Teherani designed and implemented the Poggenpohl office and showroom in Hong Kong . Completion was in 2011. The playful element of the Poggenpohl showroom can be found in a different form on the office floor. Light and floor lines dynamically incorporate the ceiling and floor into the interior design, marking the sequences of movements and focal points of the action against the background of the structural structure of the building. In the synthesis with surprising accents of the furniture, the very specific and stimulating working atmosphere of a corporate identity stringently related to the location and occasion is created.

At the end of 2020, Hadi Teherani was honoured with the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for his services in the field of architecture and design.
