The first top-class Porsche Design residential high-rise was developed by Porsche Design and the USA-based company Dezer Development – an architectural and engineering masterpiece. It combines characteristic features of the brand: functional design, technical innovation and pioneering technologies.

The Porsche Design Tower Miami gives the Miami skyline a new face. The cylindrical building rises spectacularly on Sunny Isles Beach. With a total height of 641 feet (198 meters) and its 60 floors for 132 luxury residential units, the Porsche Design Tower Miami towers above everything on Collins Avenue. Even more spectacular than the sight, however, is the view that opens up to its residents through the floor-to-ceiling window fronts of the ocean and Miami. The Porsche Design Tower was developed by Miami-based Sieger Suárez Architectural, which specializes in the design and development of luxury high-rises, and branded by Porsche Design.

Luxurious home in the clouds with innovative elevator system

The highlight of the tower, which was completed in 2017, is the patented, revolutionary car elevator system. The so-called “Dezervator” takes the residents sitting in their vehicle to their luxurious home “in the clouds”. The automobiles serve as the key to the apartment: integrated into each residential unit and separated from the living space only by a glass wall, each apartment offers 2-11 Sky Garages. The car – ideally integrating a Porsche and the associated parking space into the living area – also redefines the living concept. However, the three car lifts are only one aspect of the luxurious features that the Porsche Design Tower Miami offers its residents: almost all residential units are equipped with a pool and an outdoor kitchen on the balcony. This is an absolute novelty in all of Miami and is usually reserved for penthouse apartments.
