How old and new merge into a harmonious whole with a lot of character is shown by a renovated, stately courtyard on Lake Zurich. The former farmhouse in a sunny and quiet location shines in new splendour after extensive complete renovation. Perfectly coordinated colours and convincing details will enchant you from the very first steps through the house. The noble oak parquet is staged in a herringbone pattern and gives the house a very personal charm. Exceptional glass floor inserts and an extra-high living space give a feeling of air and freedom. The longer you stay in the house, the more you notice the details that give character to the overall décor of all the places. On the ground floor, the stylish living room with air space to the gallery invites you to spend cozy hours and provides access to the garden including spacious seating.

The upper floor impresses with a breathtaking room atmosphere. A place where you can spend pleasant hours with friends in the dining room or enjoy a glass in the gallery in front of the wine cabinet, which is harmoniously embedded in the furniture, and let your thoughts run free. An almost seamless transition to the state-of-the-art kitchen allows for a cooking experience at the highest level. The modern kitchen has thus become the center of the family’s life .
The interior was executed by the Marco Di Paolo studio . Once again, they have left their mark on the interior. With creativity, a keen sense of style and aesthetics as well as the courage to rethink the familiar and dare to try something new.
